Spamova is an email detection API service operated at spamova.com. When we say "we", "us", or "our", we mean Spamova.

2. What We Collect

Account data: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and billing information. Billing is processed by Stripe. We never store your payment card details.

API usage data: We log API requests for billing and analytics purposes. This includes timestamps, your API key hash, and the domain portion of submitted emails. We do not store the full email addresses submitted to our API.

Technical data: We may collect your IP address, request headers, and response times for security and performance monitoring.

3. What We Don't Collect

We do not store full email addresses submitted through the API. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not run advertising.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to provide and improve the service, bill you accurately, detect abuse and fraudulent usage, and improve our disposable email detection accuracy.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of account closure. API usage logs are retained for 12 months for billing and dispute purposes.

6. Third Parties

We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, and infrastructure providers for hosting. These providers have their own privacy policies and are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

7. Security

We store API keys as one-way hashes and never in plain text. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

8. Your Rights

9. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
