Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2, 2026

1. Service

Spamova provides an API that detects disposable and temporary email addresses. By using our API, you agree to these terms.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Do not share it or expose it in client-side code. You are responsible for all usage under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Spamova to violate any applicable law, abuse or attempt to reverse-engineer our detection system, resell or redistribute API access without written permission, or intentionally submit false data to manipulate our scoring system.

4. Plans and Billing

You will be billed monthly based on your selected plan. Checks reset at the start of each billing period. If you reach your monthly limit, further requests will return an error until your plan resets or you upgrade.

5. Data and Privacy

We do not store the email addresses submitted to our API. We store anonymized domain-level data only for the purpose of improving detection accuracy. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Uptime

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the API, or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the API after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Spamova is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
